TACA Peru receives permission to operate a number of international routes
TACA Peru received (10-Feb-2013) renewed and modified permission from Peru's Ministry of Transport and Communications to operate regular international services for passengers, cargo and mail on a number of international routes for four years:
- United States: 14 times weekly Lima-Miami, 14 times weekly Lima-Washington DC and 14 times weekly Lima-Houston services, with stops permitted San Salvador and/or Guatemala City and/or Punta Cana and/or Puerto Plata;
- Mexico: Ten times weekly Lima-Mexico City service and up to seven times weekly Lima-Cancun services;
- Dominican Republic: Up to 14 times weekly Lima-Punta Cana and/or Lima-Santo Domingo and/or Lima-Puerto Plata service;
- Chile: Up to 14 times weekly Lima-Santiago service;
- Uruguay: Up to 14 times weekly Lima-Montevideo service;
- Paraguay: Up to 14 times weekly Lima-Asuncion service;
- Cuba: Up to seven times weekly Lima-Havana service;
- Spain: Up to seven times weekly Lima-Madrid and/or Lima-Barcelona service;
- Italy: Up to seven times weekly Lima-Milan and/or Lima-Rome service;
- UK: Up to seven times weekly Lima-London service;
- Germany: Up to seven times weekly Lima-Frankfurt and/or Lima-Dusseldorf and/or Lima-Munich and/or Lima-Berlin service;
