Turkey's General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI) released its traffic report for Turkish airports yesterday. In the four months ended Apr-2010, passenger numbers rose 19.9% to 21.5 million, led by a 22.1% improvement in domestic traffic, while international traffic was up 16.9% year-on-year.

Also in Europe, shares in Zurich Airport were flat, Vienna dipped 1.0%, Aeroporto di Venezia reduced 2.6%, Ferrovial lost 3.6% and Copenhagen closed 3.8% lower.

Select Chinese airport operators gained yesterday, Guangzhou Baiyan advanced 2.2%, while Xiamen and Shenzhen both closed up 1.1%.
