UK and continental European airports continue to report snow delays
UK and continental European airports continued to report cancellations and delays on 30-Nov-2010 due to snow across Europe (AFP/Bloomberg/ATBN, 01-Dec-2010).
- Aberdeen Airport: operating as normal;
- Amsterdam Schiphol: cancelled some services;
- Copenhagen Airport: forced to cancel and delay some services;
- Dublin Airport: operating as normal;
- Edinburgh Airport: closed in the morning "due to heavy snowfall" but reopened later in the day. flybe announced (30-Nov-2010) it cancelled two flights from the airport; [more]
- Frankfurt Airport: cancelled more than 200 flights during the day. Aircraft had to be de-iced over the day, even when runways were cleared of snow. Lufthansa stated the airport had made "insufficient de-icing and handling capacities" available. Snow is forecast in Germany over the next five days;
- Glasgow Airport: reopened on 30-Nov-2010 after shutting the day before;
- London City Airport: forced to suspend all flights during the day due to snow and ice;
- London Gatwick Airport: cancelled 10 flights;
- London Luton Airport: announced (30-Nov-2010) it is open and operational; [more]

- Edinburgh Airport: services disrupted for a second day;
- London Heathrow Airport: flights operated as normal;
- Manchester Airport: announced (30-Nov-2010) it is operating as normal; [more]
- Munich Airport: cancelled 170 flights on 29-Nov-2010, but operations returned to normal on 30-Nov-2010;
- Newcastle Airport: remained open but warned passengers of potential changes to its schedule;
- Ronaldsway Airport: announced (30-Nov-2010) it reopened shortly after midday, following works to treat the runway and taxiway; [more]
