Ryanair to open Catania base with seven new routes
Ryanair announced (03-Dec-2013) plans to open a new base in Catania, with the launch of seven new routes - see Route Changes Table for more information:
- Catania-Bologna: Daily service to launch on 13-Dec-2013. According to OAG, Alitalia and Meridiana also operate on the route;
- Catania-Eindhoven: Three times weekly service to launch on 14-Apr-2014. According to OAG, the carrier will be the route's only operator;
- Catania-Madrid: Twice weekly service to launch on 14-Apr-2014. According to OAG, the carrier will be the route's only operator;
- Catania-Marseilles: Twice weekly service to launch on 14-Apr-2014. According to OAG, the carrier will be the route's only operator;
- Catania-Rome Fiumicino: Five times daily service to launch on 13-Dec-2013. According to OAG, Alitalia, Blue Panorama Airlines and Meridiana also operate on the route;
- Catania-Turin: Twice daily service to launch on 13-Dec-2013. According to OAG, Air One and Meridiana also operate on the route;
- Catania-Venice Treviso: Twice daily service to launch on 13-Dec-2013. According to OAG, Air One and Volotea operate to Venice Marco Polo.
