ANA Holdings places orders for 77 new aircraft

ANA Holdings placed (25-Feb-2025) orders for 77 new aircraft, comprising confirmed orders for 68 aircraft and options for a further nine. Details include:

  • Ordered 18 Boeing 787-9s with GE Aerospace engines. Aircraft will be deployed by All Nippon Airways (ANA) on international services;
  • Ordered 20 Embraer E190-E2 aircraft, comprising 15 confirmed orders and five options. Delivery of the aircraft is scheduled to commence in FY2028 and will mark the debut of the E190-E2 in Japan. The 100 seat aircraft will be deployed by ANA on domestic services;
  • Ordered 14 additional A321neos for ANA;
  • Ordered 12 additional 737 MAX 8s for ANA, comprising eight confirmed orders and four options;
  • Ordered 10 A321neos and three A321XLRs for Peach;
  • Finalised options for five 787-9s announced on 25-Feb-2020;
  • Finalised options for 10 737 MAX 8s announced on 29-Jan-2019.
