UK Government: Public Consultation on the Future Development of UK Aviation

The UK Governments' establishment of the Davies Commission launching a new round of public consultations on the Future Development of UK Civil Aviation this year is not a total surprise. Following its earlier consultation on a Sustainable Framework for UK Aviation that closed in October 2011 and critical report from the UK CAA indicating that the Government should build new runway capacity in SE England, the Government needs to do something.
