MRJ to start test flights in the US in addition to Japan

Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation reported (02-Mar-2016) it resumed flight testing with the Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) FTA-1 test vehicle during Feb-2016, following earlier functional and taxiing tests made after completing feedback upgrades. FTA-1 has continuously conducted flight tests off the Pacific coast since then, "making steady progress" in flight tests such as confirming various functions and expanding flight envelope. We conducted flight tests four times in Feb-2016, completing a total of seven flight tests by the end of Feb-2016, including three in Nov-2015.
