Lufthansa Group operating A380 to five destinations from Munich in summer 2025
Lufthansa Group announced (13-Nov-2024) plans to operate A380 equipment from Munich Airport to the following destinations in summer 2025:
- Boston;

Lufthansa began upgrading its Munich-Washington Dulles service to A380 equipment on 01-Jun-2024, increasing capacity by about 80% compared to the previously used A340-6001. The airline also reintroduced A380 aircraft on its Munich-Los Angeles route from 26-Oct-2023 due to surging demand2. Additionally, Lufthansa planned to operate A380s from Munich to Bangkok, Delhi, and Los Angeles during winter 2024/253.
