Lufthansa introduces A380 on Munich-Washington Dulles route

Lufthansa increased (01-Jun-2024) capacity on its daily Munich-Washington Dulles service, upgrading to A380 equipment, effective 01-Jun-2024. The aircraft is equipped with 509 seats across first, business, premium economy and economy class, offering around 80% more capacity than the A340-600 which was previously used to operate the route. In addition to Washington Dulles, Lufthansa is also operating its A380 aircraft to destinations including Boston, Los Angeles and New York JFK. [more - original PR]
