Etihad Airways reduces carbon emissions by 72% with Sustainable EY20 London-Abu Dhabi flight

Etihad Airways operated (28-Oct-2021) its Sustainable EY20 London Heathrow-Abu Dhabi flight with Boeing 787 aircraft on 23-Oct-2021, using sustainable aviation fuel along with operational efficiencies developed through its comprehensive Greenliner sustainability programme. This also marked the first commercial flight using contrail avoidance techniques, in partnership with UK based SATAVIA.
