Emirates to add US capital to network

Emirates announced (15-Mar-2012) plans to launch Dubai-Washington Dulles service commencing 12-Sep-2012 - see Route Changes Table for more information. Washington is Emirates' seventh US gateway and its third new US route to launch in 2012, after Dallas/Fort Worth and Seattle. Washington will be Emirates' 11th new route to launch in 2012. So far this year, the airline has started services to Dublin, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Dallas/Fort Worth, Seattle, Lusaka and Harare. Flights to Ho Chi Minh City are due to commence on 04-Jun-2012, followed by Barcelona (03-Jul-2012) and Lisbon (09-Jul-2012). [more - original PR]
