Emirates increases Rome to twice daily, announces more new routes

Emirates increased (01-Feb-2010) Dubai-Rome frequency from 12 times weekly to twice daily. The carrier also operates twice daily to Milan and daily to Venice. Emirates recently announced four new upcoming routes from Dubai, including:

• Tokyo: Five times weekly, 28-Mar-2010;
• Amsterdam: Daily, 01-May-2010;
• Prague: Daily, 01-Jul-2010;

To support the expansion of services, Emirates expects to take delivery of 11 new aircraft during 2010 and is recruiting cabin crew and pilots.
