Dufry airport segment turnover down 64% in 1H2020

Dufry reported (03-Aug-2020) revenue decreased 62.0% year-on-year to CHF1586.8 million (EUR1472.6 million) in the six months ended 30-Jun-2020, including a 63.6% decrease in airport sales. The company is now focusing on re-opening stores as travel resumes and travel restrictions are lifted, as well as on its re-organisation and restructuring plans, adding that performance has been "responding and progressing" since the start of travel restrictions being lifted in Jun-2020.
