Bombardier launches 'Smart Parts' MRO programme for CSeries

Bombardier Aerospace announced (14-Jul-2014) the launch of its 'Smart Parts' programme and the recent approval of its maintenance programme for CSeries aircraft operators. Bombardier stated these proactive solutions are both designed to minimise downtime and provide more competitive maintenance costs to operators of CSeries aircraft, all while ensuring the inherent safety and reliability of the aircraft. Transport Canada, the EASA and the FAA recently approved the CSeries aircraft maintenance program's Maintenance Review Board Report.
