bmibaby operates final services on 09-Sep-2012

bmibaby stated (09-Sep-2012) it operated its final service on 09-Sep-2012. The carrier however noted that bmi regional services are still operating as normal to a variety of domestic and European destinations. bmibaby was closed by International Airlines Group (IAG) which purchased bmi from Lufthansa earlier in 2012. The closure will result in the loss of 450 jobs.
