All Nippon Airways considering launch of Tokyo-Mexico City service in near future

All Nippon Airways VP of strategic planning for the Americas Tadashi Matsushida, speaking at CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the carrier is considering the launch of a direct service from Tokyo Narita to Mexico City, saying it is "in our radar in the future." He also said the breakthrough in negotiations between the US and Japan in regards to daytime slots at Tokyo Haneda may lead to the shift of US operations from Narita to Haneda. [more - CAPA TV]
