AirAsia X to increase Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne frequency

AirAsia X announced (05-Aug-09) plans to increase Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne frequency from daily to eleven times weekly from 01-Dec-09. The carrier currently enjoys 33% of market share on the route and plans to increase its share by further tapping into first-time travellers from the large potential leisure market in ASEAN countries.
