Air Arabia Egypt launches services
Air Arabia Group launched (01-Jun-2010) Air Arabia Egypt, an Alexandria-based company and Egypt's new low cost carrier at a ceremony in Cairo. Based at Burj Al Arab International Airport in Alexandria, Air Arabia Egypt first commercial service was launched to Khartoum. Destinations to follow from Alexandria are Kuwait, Amman and Beirut. A joint venture between Air Arabia and the Travco Group, Air Arabia Egypt will shortly expand further its range of destinations to key cities across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions.
