IASC: Notification of Applications: Hong Kong and Singapore

20-Oct-2017 The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received applications from Qantas seeking to vary Determinations [2015] IASC 115 and [2007] IASC 116 on the Hong Kong and Singapore routes, respectively, to permit LATAM to market services operated by Qantas on these routes, with effect from 1 December 2017.
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about these applications.
The closing date for making a submission is 3 November 2017. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
