AirAsia Berhad - Leasing of Aircraft to AirAsia (India) Private Limited

23-Apr-2015 AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it had on 23 April 2015 entered into a leasing transaction in relation to an Airbus A320-200 aircraft bearing manufacturers serial number ("MSN") 4070 (the "Aircraft") to be operated by AirAsia (India) Private Limited ("AirAsia India") (the "Lease Agreement").
