ASL Airlines Belgium, formerly known as TNT, is a charter airline based at Liège Airport. Wholly-owned by the Irish aviation holding company, ASL Aviation Group, the Belgian subsidiary provides airport services, air cargo sales, passenger charter and cargo charter services. Cargo carriage is the largest revenue source for the airline, with the airline serving destinations across Europe, Asia and Africa. ASL Airlines Belgium was part of TNT Express NV, the Dutch global cargo, mail and logistics corporation. In Feb-2016, ASL Aviation Group reached an agreement to acquire the airline operations of TNT Express, comprising TNT Airways and Pan Air Lineas Aereas. ASL also entered a multi-year service agreement to operate services for the intended FedEx-TNT combination, subject to the completion of the acquisition. FedEx completed the acquisition on 26-May-2016, allowing ASL to acquire TNT Express.
