Virgin Atlantic to add one route in 2011; future priorities India and Africa

Virgin Atlantic Sales and Marketing Director Paul Dickinson stated that other than the launch of Manchester-Las Vegas service on 02-Apr-2011, the carrier has no further plans to add new routes in 2011 (Reuters, 17-Feb-2011). Mr Dickinson also denied rumours that the carrier is considering services to Brazil. Mr Dickinson also stated that when the carrier resumes network growth, its priorities would be routes in India and Africa.
