US government to sign bilateral arrangement to re-establish scheduled air services with Cuba

US Department of State announced (12-Feb-2016) Department of Transportation (DoT) Secretary Anthony Foxx and Assistant Secretary of State Charles Rivkin will sign a bilateral arrangement on 16-Feb-2016 to re-establish scheduled air services with Cuba. The signing brings into effect the arrangement that was reached on 16-Dec-2015, which will continue to allow charter flight operations.
