US BTS reports top 10 US airports ranked by Mar-2012 system scheduled enplanement on US airlines
US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reports (21-Jun-2012) the following Top 10 US airports ranked system (domestic and international) scheduled enplanement on US airlines* in Mar-2012:
- Passenger numbers:
- Atlanta: 3.9 million, +4.7% year-on-year;
- Chicago O'Hare: 2.6 million, -0.4%;
- Dallas/Fort Worth: 2.4 million, +2.2%;
- Denver: 2.2 million, -1.6%;
- Los Angeles: 2.1 million, +6.9%;
- Phoenix: 1.8 million, -0.2%;
- Charlotte: 1.7 million, +4.1%;
- Las Vegas: 1.6 million, +1.4%;
- Houston Bush: 1.6 million, -1.4%;
