US BTS: Air cargo tonnage between US and foreign points decreases 21% in Apr-2020

US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reported (24-Jun-2020) US and foreign airlines handled 651,000 tons of cargo between the US and foreign points in Apr-2020, a decrease of 21% year-on-year. Highlights include:

• Europe: 117,000 tons (-43.8%);
• Latin America: 114,000 tons (4.1%);
• Asia (including China): 300,000 tons (-13.3%);
• China: 78,000 tons (-8.6%);
