Sun PhuQuoc Airways received its air operator's certificate and approved training organisation certificate from the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, authorising it to independently train aviation personnel for its business plans. The airline planned to open ticket sales on 15-Oct-2025 and commence commercial operations from 01-Nov-20251. It expected to operate seven aircraft in 2025, with further fleet and international expansion planned from 20262.
