Strong demand on Emirates' new Dubai-Amsterdam service

Emirates stated demand on its new daily service to Amsterdam, launched 01-May-2010, was high with the carrier stating flights are running "near-on full" - see Route Changes Table for more information (Arabian Business, 29-Apr-2010). The service, the carrier's 23rd route into Europe, was launched on the back of 15 years of freighter activity by Emirates SkyCargo. Prague is the next new route to be launched by the airline on 01-Jul-2010, followed by Madrid on 01-Aug-2001 and Dakar in Sep-2010. [more]
