Southwest shuffles AirTran schedules, launches new services

Southwest Airlines plans to implement to following schedule changes for AirTran schedules as per a 22-Oct-2012 GDS timetable display - see Route Changes for more information:

AirTran services:

• Atlanta-Charlotte: 21 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Atlanta-Flint: 14 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Atlanta-Rochester: 14 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Baltimore-Charlotte: 14 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2012. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Baltimore-Portland, Maine: 21 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2012. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Baltimore-Punta Cana: Daily service to be launch on 14-Apr-2013 operated by AirTran;
• Orlando-Flint: Daily service suspended from 13-Apr-2012. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Tampa-Flint: Daily service suspended from 13-Apr-2013. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Rochester-Baltimore: 14 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Rochester-Orlando: 14 times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013. The service will be transferred to Southwest;
• Rochester-Tampa: Fourteen times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013. The service will be transferred to Southwest.

Southwest Airlines services:

• Boise-Portland: Fourteen times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Boston Logan-Kansas City: Fourteen times weekly service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013 utilising Boeing 737-700 equipment;
• Burbank-Denver: Thirteen times weekly service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Charlotte-Baltimore: Fourteen times weekly service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013;
• Charlotte-Chicago Midway: Fourteen times weekly service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Charlotte-Houston Hobby: Daily service to be launch on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Charlotte-Orlando: Daily service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Flint-Baltimore: Fourteen times weekly service begins 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Flint-Orlando: Daily service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Flint-Tampa: Daily service begins 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Houston Hobby-Pittsburgh: Daily service commences on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Houston Hobby-Philadelphia: Daily service suspended from 13-Apr-2013;
• Portland, Maine-Baltimore: 21 times weekly service begins 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Rochester-Baltimore: 14 times weekly service to be launched on 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Rochester-Chicago Midway: 14 times weekly service begins 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
• Rochester-Orlando: 14 times weekly service begins 14-Apr-2013 utilising 737-700 equipment;
