Changi Airport Group planned significant investments in its infrastructure, including a SGD3 billion upgrade for Terminals 1 to 4 over the next six years, focusing on enhancing capacity and efficiency1. Additionally, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore committed an extra SGD1 billion for further improvements at Changi Airport over five years, aligning with a SGD5 billion Changi Airport Development Fund announced in February 20252. The construction of Terminal 5 was set to begin in 1H20253.
