Silver Airways receives certification to utilise ATR 72-600

Silver Airways received (25-Nov-2019) US FAA and US DoT certification to operate new 70 seat ATR 72-600 aircraft. The ATR 72-600 will initially be used to/from destinations in Florida and the Bahamas, with plans to also operate in Caribbean markets in 2020. The carrier has taken delivery of seven out of 50 ATR -600s, with future deliveries to be composed of 42-600s and 72-600s. [more - original PR]
