Serbian Govt relaunches sale of JAT Tehnika

Serbia's Ministry of the Economy relaunched (02-Sep-2019) a tender process for the purchase of the government's 99.38% stake in JAT Tehnika, with a starting price of EUR10.2 million (Reuters, 02-Sep-2019). Offers are invited until 27-Sep-2019. JAT Tehnika was formed in 2006 and is certified to provide full maintenance for Boeing 737 Classic/737NG, ATR 42/72 and A320 family aircraft.
