San Miguel Corporation to purchase majority of Caticlan Airport Development Corp

The Philippines San Miguel Corporation will reportedly sign an agreement to purchase a 51% interest in Caticlan International Airport Development Corp (CIADC), within the week commencing 15-Mar-2010 (Passenger Terminal Today, 17-Mar-2010). CIADC's Caticlan project is the first ever privatisation of an airport terminal in the Philippines.
