Rolls-Royce appoints new COO

Rolls-Royce announced (10-Sep-2016) the appointment of Simon Kirby as COO. Mr Kirby will join the company "in the coming months". Mr Kirby is currently CEO of HS2 Ltd, the company responsible for planning and delivery of the UK's new high speed rail network, which is Europe's largest infrastructure project.
