Qantas: "For the financial year to date, Qantas Group yields were lower than the prior corresponding period, reflecting continued challenging market conditions. Total Domestic (comprising Qantas Domestic, QantasLink and Jetstar Domestic) yields were lower as a result of market capacity growth from the prior corresponding period and weaker demand in the leisure and regional segments. Qantas International yields were lower than the prior corresponding period due to continued competitor capacity growth and an increase in Qantas International's available capacity to Asia resulting from the transfer of Qantas' European hub to Dubai," Source: Company statement, 01-Oct-2013.
