Qantas opened bookings for Qantas Economy Plus on domestic and short haul international Boeing 737, A321XLR and A220 services from 06-Feb-2026, and it also flagged plans to introduce the product to its A330 fleet from mid-2026.1 2 Qantas Domestic CEO Markus Svensson said customer interest was strong, and Qantas planned to replace preferred seating with an expanded forward seating zone, with complimentary selection for eligible frequent flyers.1
