Portugal completes acquisition of TAP shares

Portugal's Presidency approved (16-Jul-2020) Portugal's acquisition of TAP Air Portugal. The presidency emphasised the transaction is not a nationalisation or legal appropriation of the carrier by the state. As previously reported by CAPA, the Portuguese State now owns 72.5% of TAP.
