Manchester Airport pax up 6%, cargo down 8% in Jun-2014

UK's Manchester Airport passenger numbers up 6% - traffic highlights for Jun-2014:

Passenger numbers: 2.2 million, +5.8% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 210,142, +10.6%;
- International: 1.5 million, +12.4%;
- Charter: 495,544, -11.9%;
Cargo volume: 8086 tonnes, -8.1%;
Aircraft movements: 16,445, +1.7%;
- Domestic : 3186, -0.1%;
- International: 10,375, +8.5%;
- Charter: 2250, -12.1%.
