Lufthansa Group pax numbers up 5% in Jun-2012, load factor up

Lufthansa Group reports (10-Jul-2012) the following traffic highlights in Jun-2012:

• Passenger numbers: 9.5 million, +4.8% year-on-year;
  • Lufthansa Passenger Airlines*: 7.0 million, +5.4%;
  • SWISS**: 1.5 million, +4.1%;
  • Austrian Airlines: 1.1 million, +2.2%;
• Passenger load factor: 81.9%, +1.2 ppts;
  • Lufthansa Passenger Airlines: 81.5%, +0.5 ppt;
  • SWISS: 85.6%, +2.7 ppts;
