Lufthansa Group CEO: 'We need government support. We don't need government management'

Lufthansa Group executive board chairman and CEO Carsten Spohr, speaking during the company's 2020 annual general meeting, stated (05-May-2020) "We need government support. We don't need government management". He added state aid is "not an end in of itself" and that plans will be implemented to repay proposed government loans "as quickly as possible".
