Los Angeles World Airports and United Airlines reach settlement

USA's Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners announced (06-Oct-2009) the approval of a Global Settlement Agreement and Release with Los Angeles World Airports; United Airlines; and UMB Bank, as successor indenture trustee; regarding USD59.3 million in outstanding principal for bonds that were issued to finance construction at Terminals 7 and 8 at Los Angeles International Airport in connection with the 1984 Olympics.
