LATAM Airlines Group reported (15-Jan-2013) the following traffic highlights:

  • Dec-2012:
    • Passenger numbers: 5.9 million, +10.1% year-on-year;
      • Domestic SSC*: 1.6 million, +11.0%;
      • Domestic Brazil**: 3.1 million, +9.8%;
      • International***: 1.1 million, +9.5%;
    • Passenger load factor: 78.2%, +1.8 ppt;
      • Domestic SSC*: 78.1%, -0.7 ppt;
      • Domestic Brazil**: 81.9%, +10.5 ppts;
      • International***: 75.7%, -3.7 ppts;
    • Cargo volume:
      • LAN Airlines:
        • Cargo traffic (FTKs): +3.1%;
        • Cargo load factor: 61.3%, -1.4 ppts;
  • 2012:
    • Passenger numbers: 65.0 million, +7.8%;
      • Domestic SSC*: 18.0 million, +16.2%;
      • Domestic Brazil**: 33.6 million, +2.4%;
      • International***: 13.4 million, +11.7%;
    • Passenger load factor: 78.5%, +2.6 ppts;
      • Domestic SSC*: 78.7%, +1.0 ppt;
