Judge blocks Ryanair bid to challenge new charges at Dublin Airport

Ryanair was refused permission to appeal to the Supreme Court against a High Court Judge's refusal to allow the LCC to bring a judicial review challenge to new charges at Dublin Airport (The Independent, 11-Jun-2010). It was ruled that the airline failed to advance any point of law of exceptional public importance arising from the refusal, with the Judge adding that "it is not desirable in the public interest this litigation should be allowed proceed one step further."
