ICAO Council establishes COVID-19 Aviation Recovery Task Force

ICAO established (29-Apr-2020) an Aviation Recovery Task Force comprising representatives from 36 countries on the Governing Council of the UN. The task force will identify and recommend strategic priorities and policies for states and industry operators in response to COVID-19, leveraging all available government and industry data. It will also involve entities including the World Health Organisation and United Nations World Tourism Organisation and is expected to reach its first outcome by the end of May-2020.
