IATA, A4E, EBAA and ERA endorse EASA COVID-19 unilateral safety protocols

EASA reported (23-Jul-2020) IATA, Airlines for Europe (A4E), European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and the European Regions Airline Association (ERA) endorsed EASA/European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control guidelines and protocols for the measures airports, airlines and operators should adopt to ensure a safe return to normal operations in light of COVID-19. EASA executive director Patrick Ky commented: "It is important that national authorities play their part in ensuring the guidelines are followed and avoid unilaterally introducing measures which create inconsistencies...
