Hong Kong Airlines to commence Hong Kong-Sydney service in Jun-2025

Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport announced (12-Feb-2025) Hong Kong Airlines plans to commence daily Hong Kong-Sydney service with A330-300 equipment on 20-Jun-2025. The airport noted the launch "follows the recent expansion of bilateral air traffic rights between Hong Kong and Australia, the first in nearly two decades". It further noted that the launch will increase the number of frequencies connecting Hong Kong and Sydney from five to six per day.
