Himalaya Airlines launches inaugural operation

Himalaya Airlines commenced (12-Apr-2016) inaugural operations on 12-Apr-2016 with the launch of Kathmandu-Colombo service, according to parent company Tibet Airlines. The carrier received its A320 aircraft operating certificate on 03-Apr-2016. Himalaya Airlines will operate with three A320 aircraft initially, focusing on services to Southeast Asia, China and the Middle East.
