Heilongjiang to start construction of 3 regional airports next year

China's Heilongjiang Municipal Government will reportedly invest CNY84.5 billion (USD12.3 billion) to upgrade its national transportation system in 2010 which includes 3 regional airport construction projects (Hljic, 20-Dec-2009). Fuyuan Airport and Jiagedaqi Airport's feasibility report has been submitted for approval from the State, with Wudalianchi Airport working on a site selection report.
