Haneda airport to get daytime US, Europe flights

Japan's Transport Minister, Seiji Maehara announced the government will begin allocating slots at Haneda Airport for daytime flights to and from the United States and Europe (The Asahi Shimbun, 08-Dec-2009). Out of the 110,000 daytime slots increase, about 60,000 slots will be allocated to international flights after its fourth runway is completed in Oct-2010.
