GOL projects 18% decline in departures in 2016

Gol Linhas Aereas announced (29-Mar-2016) changes to its FY2016 supply guidance. The carrier further reduced ASK from -5% to -8% year-on-year. Total seat offering also reduced from -15% to -18%, with departures also reducing from -15% to -18%. Given the impact of the economic scenario the carrier's guidance may be revised in order to incorporate the evolution of its operating and financial performance and any eventual changes in interest rate, exchange rate, GDP and WTT and Brent oil price trends.
