Dublin Airport reports more than 1.8 million pax in Sep-2012

Ireland's Dublin Airport reported (08-Oct-2012) a 7% year-on-year increase in passenger numbers to more than 1.8 million in Sep-2012. Passenger numbers on services to and from continental Europe rose by 8% with just over 1 million passengers while UK traffic rose 1% to 580,000 passengers. Transatlantic traffic increased 7% to 178,000 passengers while other international passenger traffic, principally flights to the Middle East and North Africa, increased by 92% with almost 45,000 passengers.
